I am stuck in France and need access to my voicemails in the US

I have an AT&T prepaid monthly @$50

With the current situation I do not plan to head back to NYC before a while...

I'm desperately trying to access my voicemails and have added the $35 International Add On.

I have added the Add On, but my phone desperately says "No Service" or "Searching"

--> have I payed $35 for nothing ?

--> how can someone activate international data ? (phone is fine I've tried with several and the issue was the same)

Anyone with the same experience,

Please help !

Prepaid has no service outside the USA.
There is no roaming add on for prepaid.
You can access you voicemail from another phone if you know Your VM pin code. You Cannot reset your pin if you don't.

The international add on is for international calls from the US. Once again, prepaid does not roam internationally except Canada and Mexico. Prepaid service will not work from France, the international add on does you no good. To retrieve your voicemails, call your number from a different line.

Only by calling but ATT generally does not refund prepaid. They may give you account credit.
