How to reset myAT&T password or PIN code while outside the U.S. ?
Currently located in China, I have a prepaid wireless plan with AT&T, but I can't login to my account now. I tried to call their customer service hotline but no options for human customer representative. My ultimate goal is to cancel my AudoPay and possibly request a refund for April.

There is no alternative to receiving the text to reset your password. It wouldn’t matter if you could receive it. Account access is blocked from most locations abroad. To stop autopay, your only options if you can’t access your account are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If you call, call the international support number but be aware hold times are excessive.
