Hoping to get a payment extension
I do not have enough funds in my account to successfully accommodate the auto draft amount for my pre paid service today. Ample funds will be in my account this coming Friday though. Is it possible to get a payment extension that can occur on September 30th, instead of today? I've never missed a payment before.

There are no extensions with prepaid. There are also no late fees. If your plan expires, service stops until you renew your plan. You can wait until the 30th if you want but you won’t have service once your plan expires.

You do have the option of using bridge pay. It provides one week of service at a reduced rate
