Have Annual Prepaid. Any way to Port out number and get new one to use balance?
So I'd like to port out my current ATT number to google voice. (So I can use it across multiple devices) However I've still got several months of prepaid service on the annual plan. (until March 23) Is there any way ATT will let me port out and then assign me a new number for those remaining months on my prepaid balance, or is all the money forfeit if I port out?

No.
Any service from any service provider is tied to the phone number which is the same as the line. If you port out that phone number, your service is canceled and any balance of service is forfeit which is true for any prepaid.
Just a note of caution, and it's because I've tried it, your virtual number is likely not going to be accepted by several two-factor authentication options. My bank and PayPal for example do not accept my virtual number. If you move your physical number to being a virtual number, it may eventually get picked up by the system and refused for 2Fa
I do have a Google Voice number. I use it to forward my voicemail messages from two different phones so that I can collect them from either phone at any time.
