Hacked account

Just got an email that my account is no longer associated with my email address and phone number. I just paid in full yesterday. And now my service does not work. I need immediate help. Your website says 24/7 help but when I call they say you're closed at 9pm.

Not hacked. 

A t and t canceled your lines/accounts. If you have been getting text or email that you needed to upgrade your phone because of the 3-g shut off and ignored it, this is why it was important 

If you are using an old phone an old SIM card, or AT&T is unable to identify the phone you are using, they have been sending out warning that your phone will not work once 3g shuts off.

If you did not respond and correct the problem they canceled your service. You'll have to call AT&T to reinstate service and correct whatever problem there is that causes At&t to see a 3g or 3g voice phone.
