Forgot account password, but not in America, no signal to recieve text messages
I wang to log in my prepaid account to change the paying method. I forgot my passport, while I'm not in America now,so I could not recieve any messages to help me log in. How can I keep pay for my number or can I cancle my number?

Good chance you haven’t actually forgotten your password. Account access is blocked from outside of the US. Your only options to stop autopay without account access are to call the international support number or cancel your credit or debit card that is used for autopay. A possible workaround for account access is to use a VPN connection to a US based network or have someone you know and trust in the US login and do it for you.
