Disconnection of Prepaid Account
I have not been using my prepaid SIM for the last 5 months, and my account has been disconnected. Can my account be reconnected, or is it too late for that?

It’s probably too late. A prepaid account is automatically closed if the account balance is $0 for more than 60 days. Unless you left an account balance that kept your account open, it’s closed by now. If you can still log into your account, it’s still open. If so, just renew your plan. If not, it’s closed and can not be reactivated.
