Created a att prepaid account on iPad Pro with no sim
Hello,
I recently bought an iPad Pro (2020) and decided to go with the listed att prepaid option. I entered my card information and have set up an account. The cellular plan lists the att prepaid plan as active, however I’m not getting any service. I did not go with the option of installing a physical sim on my device as I know my devices has an e-sim.
Does prepay require a physical sim? And if it does, do I just have to install the sim manually to get the service?

We can provide you with the information you need to start using your brand new iPad Pro on the AT&T network.
If you didn’t buy the iPad from us or you need a new SIM, order an AT&T SIM card online. Otherwise, it's possible to use the embedded Apple SIM, an Apple SIM card in the SIM-card tray, or an AT&T SIM card.
Also, if you're wanting to use standalone data plans then follow these steps to sign up for AT&T Data Connect Pass.
