Created a att prepaid account on iPad Pro with no sim
I recently bought an iPad Pro (2020) and decided to go with the listed att prepaid option. I entered my card information and have set up an account. The cellular plan lists the att prepaid plan as active, however I’m not getting any service. I did not go with the option of installing a physical sim on my device as I know my devices has an e-sim.
Does prepay require a physical sim? And if it does, do I just have to install the sim manually to get the service?
