Changing caller ID name

 whenever i call, receivers getting my caller name as "Solomon". But my name is different in my account. how can i get this corrected ?

Hello ksudheerkrishna, we're here to help you update the display name for Caller ID.

 

You can update the Caller ID name by signing into your account. 

Update your display names

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile and select People & permissions.
  2. Select Show details for the number you want to update on Caller ID.
  3. Choose Edit for Caller ID.
  4. Enter the info and select Save.

It can take up to 72 business hours for caller ids to show an updated Caller ID name.

@ATTHelp i agree with your point. but my account is not showing People & Permissions tab in Profile section.

Updating the Caller name cannot be implemented on the following accounts:

  • Prepaid
  • Reseller

You can try reporting an incorrect caller identification on the link provided by submitting a ticket.
