change to auto pay
If I have balance left such as $75 and I change from $.25 pay per use to $50 autopay monthly plan, it will deduct next payment from the balance $75 or from my debit card. How to tell ATT to deduct first from my balance until $0?

Your account should be used first automatically before your autopay source. No need to tell ATT anything.
