Can't reset my password because I am traveling

Hi! I'm in India right now so I need to put my number on hold. I'm trying to log in to MyAT&T but it's not letting me log in (even though I'm sure I remember my password).. so I click on 'forgot password' but then it sends me a TEXT with a new password, but I can't access that text because I am IN INDIA! I Have no idea what to do and have tried calling customer service so many times to no avail. PLEASE HELP.

Accounts are blocked from access outside of the US, your only option is to call the international support number or cancel your credit or debit card that is used to pay your phone

Hey! Not sure if you were able to figure this out, but I ended up calling a different number (+1-314-925-6925) and got through to an actual customer service rep instead of an automated machine, and they helped me change my plan! Best of luck!

Please read the thread. Your options were already given. Either call or cancel the card used for autopay. No, email is not an option.
