Can't log into my account

I'm abroad now (stuck here because of covid). I cannot log into my account because of forgotten password. And I can't reset it for two reasons: 1) 4 digit number can't be delivered to my phone (out of service); 2) can't get code in MyATT app because can't log into account.

ALL I WANT is just to check why my phone is out of service now (because I replenish my balance a few days ago)...

What can I do to get into my account again. Or can You tell me details about my account (why it's out of service if it was recharged recently)?

You can't get into your account because account access is blocked from most locations abroad. This forum is not customer support. No one here has access to your account. The only way to get any information about the status of your account is to call.

@sandblaster Can't call because of "Emergency calls only". Any other suggestions?
