Cannot sign in to my pre-paid at&t account
I recently purchased an at&t hotspot box and I am unable to sign in to the account because it is asking for a password that I never set in the first place. When I go through the forgot password process, it says it will send me a temporary password to the number provide, which since its a hotspot box and even though it has a phone number assigned to it, all it says in the messages is that the password has changed. Its not telling me what the temporary password is. This is very frustrating as to being unable to manage my account online. Please help with this issue. My email address is [email scrubbed]

You should have signed up in an AT&T store and at that time they should have told you what the alphanumeric password and PIN code was. And also set you up for two-factor authentication via email rather than text. If this was not done go back to the store where you made your purchase
