Cancel VESTA AT&T Prepaid
I was working in the US in 2019 and on return to Australia canceled my VESTA AT&T Prepaid service. I have been charged a monthly fee for VESTA AT&T Prepaid since November 2019. I want to cancel it immediately and be refunded for what now is a significant amount. I have tried calling the international numbers on your website and emailing with no response. The cell number at the time was

This is a public forum and not customer support. Please remove your personal information. The way to cancel prepaid is to stop paying. Vesta is the name of the company that processes payments. Whatever you did to “cancel” obviously didn’t work. All you needed to do was turn autopay off. Unfortunately, prepaid doesn’t refund. If you can’t log into your prepaid account to turn autopay off, you should cancel the card used for autopay.
