Cancel phone service, AT&T autopay from China (Shanghai)
Hello,
My friend cannot cancel her US phone service because she is in China. She was living in Boston, MA but had to fly back to China couple weeks ago due to coronavirus. She cannot cancel her phone service from China because she cannot log into her account there. She does not have phone service to receive her 4 digit pin to login to her account.
How can she cancel active billing?

To cancel prepaid, all she needs to do is stop paying. To stop autopay, her options are to call or cancel the card used for autopay. If she calls, she should call the international support number but be aware hold times are extensive.
