I need a call log for 8/2020 the representative says I can get one from a corporate store but the one I called says no. I need this log for court how would I get it?

You posted an AT&T prepaid. If you are Prepaid customer you have only the information in your online account which is only 6 months old. Prepaid has no older records and there is never any mail or paper documentation offered for prepaid accounts.

You call and request reprint of detailed billing. They will mail you paper copies. Be aware there will be a 5 dollar charge for each month after the first month

@Constructive If the OP were postpaid, records from 8/2020 would still be online.
