Autopay-refund
Hello AT&T staff,
Recently I left the U.S but the autopay still activated for upcoming month, and it’s pointless for me to have it because I am out of States. Could you please grant me a refund for this month? Service everything is perfectly fine I am just not going to be using it in the next three months. Thanks!!

AT&T prepaid does not refund. If you left auto pay on when you left the USA, you may not be able to turn it off or log into your account to discontinue service. You can prevent auto pay charges for future months by canceling the related debit or credit card that you have been using to refill service by contacting your financial institution
