AT&T iPad landing

Is the iPad landing site for AT&T down? I’ve tried to log into my account for over the past 11 hours without any success. I’ve even tried to change my password without success.  When I call the number it will ask me for my account number, which I don’t have on me because I’m traveling, and when I state “I do not know” the phone call will just hang up.  Why can’t I log into my iPad landing account?

Hello, @OG93950. Thanks for reaching out to us about logging into your account for your iPad. We know how frustrating it can be when you are unable to access your account. Let's work together to fix this!

 

The first thing we recommend you do is clear your cache and cookies.

 

If you have an Apple iOS device running Safari®:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find and tap Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data. You’ll see a pop-up that lets you confirm your selection.
  4. Select Clear. The Clear History and Website Data button will turn gray.


If you have an iOS device running Chrome™:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Tap the 3-dot menu at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Settings, then Privacy.
  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data.
  5. Choose Browsing History, Cookies and Site Data, or Cached Images and Files.
  6. Select Clear Browsing Data. You’ll see a pop-up that lets you confirm your selection.

 

Once this is done, try to log into your data connect account again.
