$300 plan $50 prepaid cards

I’m pretty sure your balance will expire in 90 days. Why your account shows June 28, I can’t explain. That makes no sense. Your balance won’t be applied to your $300 plan until the plan expires. What you need to do is add another $25 in about 89 days. That will extend your balance expiration another 90 days which will be beyond your renew date. I would not take a chance that your balance won’t expire in 90 days and risk that $300.

Yes, that would work too.

There has been some strangeness in the expiration date.  On another site someone was showing a November 2023 expiration date.  And claimed they hadn't used the $100 cards.  Led to some discussion whether additions extended the due date by 90 days vs 90 days from application.

A refill extends balance expiration from the date it is added to the account. 

    So for example if the expiration date is June 30th and you add a $50 card today (January 25), it extends the balance 90 days from today.  Which means your balance will still expire June 30th.   It'd be forced to add more to the balance in April in order to keep your balance from expiring. 

   Adding several $50 cards all at once has the exact same effect. It does not matter that the total exceeds $100. It's still 90 days from date $ is added. 

That is what I get from the ATT sites.  I just don't know how you get a November 2023 expiration unless someone actually bought a $100 card and applied it on that date.  Or added $100 via CC.

I spoke with the ATT representative and they said it showed up on their end as 1 transaction and not 6 separate transactions.

They didn't know why my expiration date is showing as June 28th.

They have escalated the matter and will get back to me.

If it makes any difference I used the digital PIN codes and not physical ones.

My current plan is adding the $100 in 89 days unless ATT is able to provide me a remedy.

I don't trust glitches, and unless something is documented I don't like to recommend things.  Even if people are getting the benefit.  Like people getting unlocked ATT financed iPhones through Apples' web site.  The documentation there says it is locked to ATT, like if you buy from ATT.  That could change any day.

ATT Prepaid won't extend the expiration so I will follow @sandblaster's advice and add the money in 89 days to extend the balance past the due date.
