WIFI RANGER

I forgot my password for my WiFi ranger in my RV and cannot seem to find a recovery for it anywhere. What are my next steps?

We know the importance of needing to know your Wi-Fi login credentials, and we'd like to provide more information to better help, @LaLaQueen70.

We want to agree and thank our ACEs @OttoPylot and @formerlyknownas for the helpful options they've provided.

Furthermore, we'd recommend for you to check and confirm if your network key information is located in the hotspot's battery compartment. If you're unable to locate that information, we'd advise for you to review the steps on how to change your Wi-Fi password. You can find this information on page 9 of the online user manual.

Feel free to reach back out to provide us with any new updates and thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums for support.

Can you do a factory reset and set it up again as brand new, which will require you to create a new password.

I will try that as a last resort. Thank you.  I was hoping ATT could just help me reset a new pw with my wifi network. Or if there was another way to reset it that I was not seeing.

I thought the network key for every mobile hotspot is in the battery compartment or on the bottom of the device.
