Where may I see in my plan where it reads that I may merge up to 5 people onto a telephone conference call?

Let us help you with conference calling, @steveporter.

Our ACE @formerlyknownas provided some great information. If you are setting up a conference call, you can set up a call with up to five people. Here are the steps on how to do so:

  1. To set up a Conference call, while on an active call select add call.
  2. Select the desired Contact, then select the Call icon.
  3. Your current call will be placed on hold.
  4. To switch between active calls, select swap.
  5. To create a conference call, select merge calls.
  6. To view the contacts or numbers in the active conference call, select the Info icon.
  7. To separate the calls, select Private next to the desired contact or number. The selected call will become private while the other is placed on hold.
  8. To end one of the active calls, select End next to the desired contact or number. To go back to the call screen, select Back.
  9. To end the conference call, select the End call icon.

You can also visit our Device Support page, select your specific device to get the conference calling steps.

Hope this helps!

The number of people you can include in a conference call is dependent on which type of phone you have and if you have postpaid service.

There is still a 750 minute limit in a bill cycle

Theses are directions for iPhone, but it's a similar function when you are using an Android:

The service is provided in your specific plan are available in your customer service summary which is in your Myatt account. If you log into your account, go to the overview page and then scroll down you should find a link in blue that says customer service summary.

I finally found the “customer service summary”, but it should not be this hard to find! Thank you “formerlyknownas” for helping me!

But I still do not see the information I want in my customer service summary! The information I am looking for is “how many people may I add/merge onto a telephone conference call”?
