Hello, @nikkidenise111! We are here to help with the call log and blocking not working
It all depends on how you are blocking the call. If you're using the block feature on your device or a third party app that blocks and redirects calls to your voicemail, then blocked calls will show up in your call log.
If you are using AT&T Active Armor, the calls will not show in your call log as this app blocks the call from reaching your phone.

I have the same problem and cannot find an answer. I. Used to use att call protect, Now it is no longer offered. Since I upgraded to att active armor, it still has the same issue and I cannot modulate what numbers are allowed to call or set prefere nces for screening.
