Hi there, ! Let's get your Visual Voicemail back working on your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The next step you should try after restarting your device is to clear the cache of your Visual Voicemail. This frees up space on your Android device. Here's how to get started:

1. Swipe down from the Notification bar, then select Settings icon.

2. Scroll to and select Apps > desired app > Storage > Clear cache.

It's possible to find additional app troubleshooting steps at App Troubleshooting. Clearing unused app cache and junk files is an important step to take if you're also receiving an error message like “Visual Voicemail not working”.

A message like that could indicate that the trend you're experiencing is caused by low memory space. If your experience persists despite the first step, you can try setting up Visual Voicemail on your phone again, then test the results.

As the requirements recommend, you will also need a data plan that includes Visual Voicemail which is available on most wireless and PREPAID smartphone data plans. If you made any changes to your plan recently, then this can affect the feature on your device.

Try this and let us know how it goes. We want to make sure your Visual Voicemail is working like it once was on your device.
