Visual Voicemail Not Working Samsung Note 20 Ultra
I recently switched from another carrier to AT&T. I brought over my Samsung Note 20 Ultra and phone number from that carrier. At the AT&T store, the manager downloaded the AT&T Voicemail Viewer app for me. However whenever I try to sign in to the app, I get an error message saying "Sign In Failed, Incorrect Number or Pin". I called AT&T tech support, reset my pin, downloaded the app again, but I'm still getting the same error message. The person in tech support told me it might be because I have an unlocked phone, and that there is no option for me to access Visual Voicemail. Is this true? Is there anyway to access Visual Voicemail from my phone?
