Unable to log into AT&T APP
Hello,
I just very recently switched from verizon wireless to AT&T. I decided to go with an Iphone, which I've never previously used before. I downloaded the AT&T app and have continuously received an error message reflecting " "Something's gone wrong, We may be having trouble with your connection..." I have been trying to log into this app roughly around the time I purchased the phone and have never had success. I've tried everything. Could you please help?

Hey there @kaychris89, we want to help you get into the MyAT&T app.
Based on what you've tried, we highly recommend making sure you're installing the latest version of the MyAT&T app by either going to our page about MyAT&T or texting myATT to 556699 from your phone, which will give you a download link for the app.
Additionally, is this occuring with any other AT&T app on your device? Are you able to sign into your AT&T account on a web browser like Chrome or Firefox? The answer to both of these questions will help us determine the scope of this issue, and what other troubleshooting steps can be performed.
