Turning off voicemail password
I recently upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus. Suddenly, to use voicemail I am required to use a password. I never needed a voicemail password before and I don't want a password on my voicemail. I saw instructions on how to use the phone voicemail settings to turn off the password request. I select phone voicemail setting, select administrative options, press 2 to turn on/off voicemail password. But after trying several times, I am still requested for a password each time I dial into voicemail. How can I permanently turn off voicemail password??
