Turn data off and on

I turned data off for my daughter’s phone and now don’t see the option to turn it back on. I only see streamsaver option where there use to be two options (one to toggle data off and on). And when i go to another line to get in another way it lists all three other accounts but doesn’t even show hers. How do i turn it back on?
