Hello @Makaye3120, we're happy to help with a few options to manage your ActiveArmor.

If you are wanting to receive all calls to your device, here are the following options within the ActiveArmor app to manage the calls you want to enable.

  1. Open the AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security app and tap Calls.
  2. Scroll to Network call preferences.
  3. Choose one:
    • Block caller: You can block calls from your call log, contact list, or manually.
    • Fraud calls: This is automatically set to Block for your protection. You can choose to flag these calls or send to voicemail.
    • Nuisance calls: This is automatically set to Enabled. You can choose to flag, block, or send to voicemail each category. Categories include Political, Spam risk, Surveys, Nonprofit, Private calls, Telemarketers, and Account services. Categories were based on complaints and feedback.
    • Unknown callers: This defaults to Allowed. You can also choose to send to voicemail.

We're here if you have any questions. Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums.

Is there a way to switch EVERYTHING to just come through?  Will a flagged phone call ring so that you can answer it?  Important doctor calls are getting labeled spam.

Follow the instructions above and turn off the ones you want off would be my guess. From what I'm finding on this is it's a cell phone feature. I don't see where it's used for AT&T Phone digital service.

It’s not. The thread should have been moved to wireless, moving it now.
