SOUND

okay sometimes when i am on a call all of a sudden i cannot hear them and i think maybe they hung up but then they call me back and say i could hear you saying hello you still there. or today when i was talking to someone all of a sudden they hung up. then he called me back and said he could no longer hear me so he just hung up. Now here is the thing when I am talking to someone I am usually at home and I put them on speaker phone and place the phone on the counter or against something so it stands up and I can be hands free. so why am i losing the sound of them talking or they cannot hear me. it has happened I would say since I got the new Samsung galaxy S23 Ultra about six times. also twice while I was  asking  the person a question and I do not hear them and I look at my phone and it says resume call. if I was even holding the phone I do not even know how to put someone on hold.

so how is that happening? when it comes to technology I am not the sharpest knife in the draw. I use my phone to text, make or receive calls, take pictures, to ask google for directions or ask google a question. Google came in real handy when my husband and I and two friends took our RV on a 6 week road trip. Good lard we had such a good time and went to so many national parks. anyways back to my phone problems any help on why phone does those two things I would appreciate. i have been using  Samsung phone's like forever and never had a problem before but this Galaxy S23 Ultra just does not like me.
