Secure Family is not working on Samsung Galaxy
Since the upgrade the Apple phones at least show up however the app will not work on the Samsung phone. It does not even show the device. Everything was fine before the upgrade. I have called in to get help and no one was able to figure out the issue. Help.

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into your Secure Family app.
Clearing the app cache, checking if the app is compatible with your device, rebooting your device, optimizing your device, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app, and even checking for additional updates are all things that may help.
Try these two options
1. Go into Android Settings, then Apps, scroll down to Secure Family click Secure Family, then click Storage. At the bottom of Storage screen select clear cache and clear data. Then try to open Secure Family App.
2. If the above does not work uninstall the parent App and reinstall.
AT&T Secure Family has a list of features that are enabled by installing the AT&T Secure Family Companion App on the child's device, and pairing it with the AT&T Secure Family app installed on the parent's device. Have you made sure that the Companion app is installed on your child's device, and the Secure Family app is installed on your device? We'll be patiently awaiting your response.
