rewards

I log onto the rewards website and it says there are no rewards, however I was supposed to receive 3 gift cards. Website said to check after 45 days, today is day 46. It's so frustrating you guys make this a labyrinth but when joining it's explained as a simple 2 step process, when in reality I have to jump through hoops for anything customer service related.

Please know that within 6 weeks of activation, a Virtual Reward Redemption Notification email will be sent with the instructions for claiming your rewards promotion. 

 

It's important that the email address on the account is valid, or if you have no email address on file, a notification letter will arrive by U.S. mail. 

 

If you have not received rewards card redemption form via email or mail, please contact our Rewards Customer Support at: 800.288.9983 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday.

Just empty promises. Unless you have a lot of time on your hands, might be best to accept it's fake and move on...

We recommend you visit Check Reward Status fir Switching to AT&T Fiber. This may help you get started on the process of claiming your rewards. Here's how you do this:

  • Go to the Reward Center and enter your claim number or AT&T account number and ZIP Code.
  • Upload a copy of your previous provider’s bill showing the early termination fee. The previous provider’s bill must:
    • Be within 60 days of your AT&T Fiber order.
    • Include the same last name or address on your current AT&T bill.
  • Select Go to see your rewards.
  • Choose Claim it now.
  • Confirm and accept the Terms & Conditions, then select Continue.
  • Enter an email address or a phone number so we can keep you posted on your reward status.
