Removing a line from my wireless service
Removing a line from my wireless service seems to be mission impossible:
- there is no option other than adding features or suspending the line
- virtual assistant doesn’t respond anything
- live chat agents tell me they need to connect me with mobility department and after a while I get disconnected, the chat service is bad...
AT&T please cancel my line ending on 7402, as there is no email address for me to contact anyone, please consider this my formal written request for removing this line from my wireless account (please keep the other two lines intact). Thanks!

You can’t remove a line online. For that you have to call. Maybe ATTCares will take care of you but otherwise, you must call.

Why is it that ATT makes it so easy to add a line and so difficult to drop a line. The store employees tell you that you have to go to the website, the website has one buried sentence that took searching to find that says you have to call the 800 number. When you finally get to talk to someone they try their (Edited per community guidelines)dest to convince you not to drop the line and then ask you why you need to drop it.
My personal business is not ATT's business. If I need to drop a line then I need to drop a line, end of story.
