Reinstalling Voicemail after 60 day limit
I didn't setup my voicemail initially, not knowing after 60 days apparently it is removed from your account, which I find strange since it comes with your account and one might want to set it up at a later time...anywho...how/where do I get it reinstalled so I can use my voicemail?

They claim if you don’t set up in 60 days you lose the service and the ability to set this up spent 2 hours on phone and visited store. Time to file action with Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission. This is totally ridiculous.

On top of this I have a working number which stopped getting voicemail in Nov. no one can solve this. As a business owner you need to have voicemail and you shouldn’t have to speak to 14 totally useless people and go visit a store to still have the issue unresolved. Two buttons voicemail on or off. Should be standard on every phone.

Hi there, brendanfilm. We know how important it is to have your voicemail working. We can definitely assist you with that!
A couple questions:
In most cases, the voicemail profile can be accessed by pressing and holding the #1 key and following the automated prompts.
We look forward to working with you!

After 4 hours and a visit to the ATT store no one could help. So I called the corporate number got routed to the Philippines and was giving the representative a piece of my mind (pretty unhappily) when she calmly told me she would see to it to resolve my issue. And she did. That lady needs to be running ATT. I gave her a recommendation and told her supervisor who didn’t seem to grasp how smart dedicated and caring this lady was. Bottom line this should not take this amount of stress and aggravation to solve and maybe ATT needs more instructional classes on problem solving.
