Prepaid showing operation failed
I bought a prepaid 2 years ago to use for a work phone due to cell reception. Have not used it in at least a year. Went to reload minutes on it. Now it won't let me load minutes.

If you don't keep the account and number active by refilling, it is canceled and number lost.
you have to get a new SIM card and new number.
