Phone icons greyed out
I was in my account suspending a line and before I did that I noticed 2 out of 4 phones were greyed out and 2 were in full color. Why is that?

That would indicate it's a non AT&T phone or that AT&T doesn't recognize the phone brand or model

I bought all of my phones new from AT&T so that doesn’t make sense….
