Not able to activate my free HBOMax account
I have been round and round on the phone for hours with no solution.
I have followed the steps below, but have no "Activate HBO Max" or "Start Watching" tile. When I try to sign in with provider I get a message that my account cannot be verified. I have confirmed with wireless support that my account is eligible for the free HBOMax, but no one seems to understand or be able to help with this issue.
