Not able to activate my free HBOMax account
I have been round and round on the phone for hours with no solution.
I have followed the steps below, but have no "Activate HBO Max" or "Start Watching" tile. When I try to sign in with provider I get a message that my account cannot be verified. I have confirmed with wireless support that my account is eligible for the free HBOMax, but no one seems to understand or be able to help with this issue.

Support has been known to be wrong. What plan do you have? None of the current plans include HBOMax and the last plan to include HBOMax was discontinued months ago.

We have Unlimited Plus and have had it for years.
