need to change phone number
will ATT allow a one time free of charge phone number change if we are constantly harrassed? I receive no less than 75 calls a day from spammers, and the "call protect" that ATT provides does literally nothing.

Spam calls are definitely annoying so let's check out the options!
There is a small charge to change a phone number which you can call in after the change to try and get waived.
Also, continue to report these Spam callers to continue to improve our services by letting us know what needs to be blocked.
