Monthly Bill
Passing for a personal Legal situation and Lawyer asked me to present Bill statements from Sept 19 to Feb 2020. Online they only have 16 months available. When called to customer service rep told me they only have access the same term I ask for a supervisor and he confirm. when I asked if there is anything they can provide to prove this statements are not available...They stated there is nothing,

They are wrong. ATT keeps 7 years of billing records. To get anything older than what is online, you must call and request bill reprints. Unfortunately, ATT seems to have a number of clueless agents that either don’t know that or don’t know how to order bill reprints. If calls don’t get you someone who knows what they are doing, file a BBB complaint to escalate to corporate.
