I am trying to change my greeting remotely: I dial my cell number, wait for the greeting and press ‘*’ and it does not prompt me to enter a password. How can I change the greeting from another phone?

Having issues with my iPhone 7 as well. Purchased from the Apple store, set up with an AT&T prepaid plan, and while voicemails used to come through for a while, now they don’t. I’ve tried rebooting (a lot), resetting the voicemail password, and resetting the network settings, to no avail. I’m not notified of voicemails, voicemails never show up in the visual voicemail list, and in some cases, I’m not even notified of missed calls!!! This is insane!
