Is it possible for a customer to cancel a line on their own at FirstNet.com?
One of my agents got a call today from a customer telling him that he needed to call FirstNet Loyalty to activate a feature on their account that would let them cancel a line without calling this department? I searched KM for this but couldn't find anything specific to the FirstNet website.
