I was about to drop at&t, nothing seemed to work like its suppossed to....
i decide to try this forum, thinking that it would be dead end. Well a community specialist got right back to me about my complaints, even though it was like 7:30, which is when they close. So we couldnt fix everyone of my problems that day , she told me she would call me on her next work day, and she would have all the answers for my troubles. Guess what? she did call, an she was able to walk me through a fix for every one of my problems. She also had a super good attitude and did not make me feel like an (Edited per community guidelines) for not knowing the simplest things. She is the only reason I am still with att, and i just have to say, thank you Rhoda, for helping me, and i hope your bosses realize what a great employee you really are , and pay you well! , you deserve it!
