I need to get in touch with someone who actually knows what they are talking about

We ordered our new cell phones 2 days ago. While on the phone with Antonio from Texas he says our new phones are buy 1 get 1 free. I had him on speakerphone so my husband could hear our conversations because we went through this with our other phones 2 years ago. He says yes that’s right they are buy 1 get 1 free. We asked 3 times and each time he said yes. We get our phones and he adds another number which we didn’t ask for and instead wouldn’t take it off, he suspended it. We have a real problem with being lied to just to get a commission. Apparently that’s not a deal but he was willing to make one up just to get us to order them and then charge us for them. Not acceptable. I would like an answer as to why this keeps happening with your employees. I am so tired of this and I will go to Verizon.
