How do I remove the Active Armor app?
This terrible app will not go away. I have tried the settings-manage account-remove service, but always get "System error, We hit a bump in the road and couldn't complete your request. Try again soon." I need this gone NOW. It is blocking my PARENTS from calling me. And yes, they are saved as a contact.

Hello @cahleesto, we'd be happy to provide you with the steps for removing the AT&T ActiveArmor app.
You have to downgrade from AT&T ActiveArmor advanced mobile security the same way you signed up for it. For example, if you subscribed from your iPhone, you’ll have to cancel your subscription in iTunes.
To downgrade from advanced mobile security to the free mobile security feature:
This will remove the ActiveArmor advanced mobile security subscription from your account. You’ll still have access to all free features.
To deactivate AT&T ActiveArmor and remove the service:
Just uninstalling the ActiveArmor mobile security app doesn’t remove the service from your account. It also won’t stop network-based fraud blocking or billing for AT&T ActiveArmor advanced mobile security. You must complete all steps to stop billing and remove the service.
Feel free to reach back out to let us know if these detailed steps helped!
Thanks for contacting the AT&T Community Forums for assistance.

I don't have the advanced on my plan/phone. I have the option to upgrade it states. I can't remove the service. If you read my question above, I get an error EVERY time I try. "System error, We hit a bump in the road and couldn't complete your request. Try again soon." Please don't send the automated copy-paste response and actually read my question.
