How can I re-sign up for AT&T and direct bill pay?

Hello Gerrydine, we're here to help you recover your AT&T Account.

 

We understand the impact of not being able to sign in to your account. It’s easy to recover your user ID. Here’s what to do:

  1. Go to the Forgot ID page.
  2. Enter the email you provided when you set up your ID.
  3. Follow the prompts.


FYI: If you don’t remember what email you used, choose Forgot contact email. If you have more than one ID with the same contact email, your Forgot ID email will list them all.

 

You can also reset your password:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Once you have recovered the account, you can sign up for Autopay.

  1. Go to AutoPay. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Select the account you want to sign up for AutoPay, if you have multiple accounts.
  3. Toggle AutoPay On.
  4. Follow the prompts to finish signing up.
  5. Repeat these steps for each account you want to pay automatically.
