Help unlocking phone
I am unable to unlock my iphone on AT&T. I have had the phone more than 60 days and I have paid off the phone more than 48 hours ago, on the site it shows unlock eligible, but when I go through the unlock process it says not eligible. I am trying to use SIM in another country but am unable.

Is your postpaid bill up to date?
Is the phone actually locked to AT&T?
You can call AT&T for free with your AT&T phone number

ended up having to call the 611 number and just say representative until they let me talk to someone. Whatever you do, don't say unlock or you will get hung up on.
It then took over 30 min to get it unlocked with a manager, honestly it sounded like they just didn't want to let me unlock it and hoped I would hang up. Very disappointing, I was only trying to use a foreign sim for a week while on vacation.
