HBOMAX

Is anyone else having issue with HBOMAX having been cancelled from the AT&T elite unlimited wireless plan? It is still listed as a feature on that plan, and I don't recall ever having seen notification of a change in my plan, but customer service chatted me tonight (after about an hour and a half on chat and several escalations) that it has been deactivated. No explanation. Just that it is no longer part of the service. But my plan says otherwise....

@tarynsprankles I think there is a bug in their system. Rather than fixing this in a technical way (i.e. reset some fields in a db), we are given 'bu siness' answers/workarounds. 

@ATTHelp How do we report bugs in your webpage? e.g. Clicking on "ADD HBO MAX" should do something right? Is there a way to generate a trackable ticket?

I completely agree. I have a mobile plan with HBO included and can not use it. I called ATT many times, wasting time they can not figure out what is wrong.. They keep telling me the same story, try this that and they open tickets that and do not follow up

@alsimon1 do you have a tile on MyATT account page (not on your phone’s app, but via the website)? If you see the tile, you can try to activate. (Note that this is buggy for me). 
I’ve read that you need to sign out of all the HBOMAX accounts before signing in with AT&T as the provider. 
Another option is to change your MyATT userID (if you have another email handy) which forces HBOMAX to create a new ID on their end if you have an active account on AT&T. 

Fior me, it is clear that AT&T has not activated my HBOMax account.

I used to have that HBO tile, seems to me that  after ATT removed the HBO option from all plans, is not there anymore.   However my plan still list HBO max as a benefit

I have the AT&T unlimited plus plan which says it includes HBOMAX however every time I go to sign in it says that it cannot verify my account. I previously subscribed to it through Apple but once I saw that I could get it through my AT&T plan I tried to set it up through it and every time I got the could not verify my account. I've read through some forums here and have reset my user name and password, deleted the apps and reinstalled and nothing has worked... Can you please help me?
