HBO MAX - Can't verify subscription
I activated HBO Max in 2018 via AT&T as part of my wireless plan, I can no longer get HBO to recognize a subscription any longer when logging on via AT&T as a provider logon. The error message keeps popping up: Can't Verify Your Subscription. It looks like your account doesn't have access to HBO Max. If you think this is a mistake, please check with your provider. I called 611 to confirm I should have HBO Max and they can indeed verify it. After a bit of troubleshooting I was transferred to DAC dept because apparently they "have more access" but they were not helpful at all. They do not have access to see any benefits under my plan and asked to call AT&T Customer care... which will no doubt play the blame game and waste another 2 hours for something that should be simple to resolve. I have a qualified plan as listed by AT&T documents here: https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1385951/ What specific number/department is capable of resolving this without getting the constant runaround?
