HBO Max activation issue

We recently updated our plan to the AT&T Unlimited Elite plan and it says HBO Max is included with it, however when i look into support, it says to go to the tile on a desktop on the main page. There is no tile for that, so I do not understand how to activate it.

When you go to HBO Max, you will want to select to login with your provider, which will be AT&T. This will send you to the AT&T login page and prompt you to sign in to your account to verify your credentials. This should enable you to gain access to HBO Max. If you download the app on a device like your phone or tv, it will provide a code for you to enter on the HBO Max website and then it will prompt you to go through the previous steps of signing into your AT&T account to gain access to HBO Max. I’m having the exact same issue. Only difference is HBO is included through my fiber 1000 internet plan. I have no tile even though it says it’s included with my plan. I signed up on 6/4/2022. I have also tried multiple times to log on to HBOMAX and I keep getting the same message that they can’t verify my subscription. I have spent hours on the phone and have gotten zero help. Very frustrating!
