HBO and AT&T Unlimited Plus Account
I upgrade to the AT&T Unlimited Plus with HBO included yesterday and cannot access my new account. I do not use the AT&T TV service of any kind and only have the wireless plan with my phones. I have tried logging in on the app on my iPhone as well as on my computer and am having a service error pop up on both devices. Can you help?

I am experiencing the same thing. I upgraded my wireless account a few weeks ago to Elite and still cannot get HBO Go to work. Every time I login it says I do not have access. I have even chatted with AT&T support and was told they would get it fixed, that was over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard a thing.
I am trying again and now when I just try to sign into the ATT WatchTV I get taken to the support page EVERY TIME. When I sign in from the iOS app it lets me right in but I still don't have access to HBO.
I am literally paying for a service a can't use. AT&T has the worst customer server. If you are reading this from a search and are debating whether or not to stay with or signup for AT&T, DON'T. They over charge for their services and don't even give you what you pay for.
I was told my confirmation number was: 746012624718072598, I now have doubts that is even a real confirmation number. I bet the chat specialist who couldn't fix my account and had to "escalate" the problem to a manager is all (Edited per community guidelines), they probably made a fake number up to just get me off chat and hope I forget about it. I can't terminate my contract without incurring a bunch of fees but AT&T but AT&T is allowed to not provide me services I pay for with no consequences.
WHAT A JOKE! AT&T GET YOUR (edited per community guidelines) TOGETHER! there are countless threads with YOUR customers all having the SAME problem.
