HBO access not working - Error Code: 44703

I've been trying to sign up for my Free HBO with my wireless unlimited plan for a while now and keep getting the same error code. I see that a lot of your customers have this same issue for many months. It is a feature of my plan. Please provide me with a workaround or fix for this. Thank you.

We can definitely help you stream HBO, @scurbones.

Do you have wireless only, or TV and wireless? Have you had service longer than 90 days?

If your don't have TV service you just need a free DIRECTV NOW account.

Select the Go to DIRECTV NOW button
Select the Verify mobile number button to enter your AT&T wireless number
Create your free DIRECTV NOW account.

Here's what to do if you have TV service. Let us know when you've logged in. Thank you!

@ATTHelp Thanks for your reply. This does not resolve the issue.

To answer your questions: Wireless only, I've had wireless service for years with ATT and upgraded my plan mid-Jan.

Again, I am receiving an error message on verification - HBO access not working - Error Code: 44703. I have found no work around and my plan is eligible for Free HBO. Please advise.

1. Not watching HBO -GATED

2. Could not set up DirectTV account to due gating issue

Here is where the error is occurring:

1. Select the Go to DIRECTV NOW button - SUCCESS

2, Select the Verify mobile number button to enter your AT&T wireless number -FAILS/ERROR MESSAGE AT VERIFICATION OF MOBILE NUMBER

3. Create your free DIRECTV NOW account. -FAILS DUE TO STEP 2 BEING GATED
